Ordering & Design
When placing your order, you upload one or more photos. Based on these, we create a digital design proposal.
You can review this design once. Any specific wishes or corrections will be processed during this round.
Following your approval, we will proceed with the final production.
Yes. You will always receive one digital design preview beforehand as a visual indication of the final artwork.

Yes. During the design phase, you can provide minor adjustments or requests once upon receiving the design preview.
After your approval, the design becomes final and we start production. Changes are no longer possible after that point.
Cancellations & Returns
Because each artwork is fully custom-made, cancellation or return is not possible after the design preview has been approved. For cancellations made prior to approval, we charge a design fee of €150.
Practical Information
No. Clovira operates entirely remotely. You do not need to make an appointment or travel anywhere. Everything is handled through photos and personal contact.
A sharp, well-lit photo works best. Additional reference photos from different angles help to achieve the best possible result. If you are unsure, please feel free to contact us. We are happy to take a look with you.
Yes. You can indicate beforehand what you find important regarding pose and expression. Minor aesthetic preferences can be discussed prior to the approval of the design preview.
You can indicate a preference for size and finish when ordering. If you are unsure, we are happy to help you make a suitable choice.
The price on the website applies to the selected product and size. Any additional requests or adjustments will always be discussed with you in advance.
Clovira artworks are carefully designed, manufactured, and finished. The average delivery time for a Clovira is between 6-8 weeks, depending on the chosen artwork and finish. We will keep you personally informed throughout the process.
Maintenance & Warranty
Please check the artwork immediately upon receipt. Transport damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the product and the packaging. We will then work together to find a suitable solution.
Our artworks are decorative objects. Damage may occur in the event of a fall or hard impact. Damage caused by falling or impact is not covered by the warranty. If damage occurs, please feel free to contact us. We are happy to help think of a possible solution.
Clean the artwork only with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use water or cleaning agents, and do not place it in damp rooms or direct sunlight.
